Tim and Kim are great professionals and excellent partners when collaborating with a major project. The planning and communication that Tim exhibits are best in class. The team that he uses shows up when they say they are coming, they work consistently throughout the day, and the projects are completed per the plan. Tim is accessible whenever needed and is very responsive via text, phone calls, etc. and comes to the job site daily to make sure that things are proceeding as planned. Kim is efficient with billing and invoicing all portions of the project and equally as responsive to questions. We are very happy with how our garage apartment turned out!
